  • No refunds on services. If you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the services within 3 days.
  • No gratuity on credit cards, cash only, thanks for understanding.
  • Health issue must be communicated prior to services.
  • If you agree to an upgrade or additional services suggested by the technicians or staff, you will be responsible fro payment based on those charges.
  • We will not be responsible for allergic reactions or burning due to waxing on clients who are using acne meditations, acne creams or has sensitive skin.
  • Children may not be left unattended at anytime
  • No check accepted
  • We have the right to refuse to service to any customers
